Horse Feathers at the Doug Fir



I drop down into the concrete log cabin of Doug Fir as Justin Ringle jolts back and forth among the shuddering rhythmic gaps that make Falling Through the Roof such a mouthwatering song. Those multitudes, multitudes of loud-mouthed club goers that surround the bar seem so distant as I elbow my way to the front lines and meet the sweetest fans who gawk up at Sam Cooper as he bites down on a drum stick, Catherine Odell as she harps away on her cello, and Justin as he sings as if in a log cabin deep in the woods of the Northwest.
