Uniform Wares Watch

Watches are highly personal.  For a long time, I refused to wear one.  It felt like a shackle keeping me from the recklessness of creativity and the ability to get lost in something that required time to be boundless.  But as I dove deeper into design, I developed a new perspective for timepieces that can be highly crafted and beautifully precise.  One of my favorites is the Uniform Wares Watch at Canoe in Portland.  With a range of styles, colors, and textures, the one that always catches my eye is the Series 200 in Gun Grey and Black.

Uniform Wares is based in London and led by product designers Oliver Fowles & Patrick Bek.  While the time-keeping components are outsourced, all the remaining elements are created in their London shop.  The streamlined, minimalist feel adds a sense of function and elegance that easily make this a daily accessory.
