Steven Alan & Takara Jewelry
Making friends with the neighbors and supporting local design, it didn’t take long for Steven Alan to do what we do in Portland: collaborate. Steven Alan, the New York retailer known for its modern infusions of classic American designs, recently made its Pacific Northwest debut when it opened its doors in the Union Way alley at SW 11th + Stark. The less-than-a-month old store will be hosting the Takara Trunk Show with Portland jewelry designer Jen Goff, of Takara Jewelry, this Saturday.
Besides the beautifully textile-inspired collection by Goff, there’s the promise of exclusive styles available at this show. Check out a recent interview with the jewelry designer and get a peek inside her studio here. It’s a show that’s definitely worth checking out as you kick off your Saturday night.
