Joel, Ryan, Tyler, and David will soon steam milk drawn from a tap. Will they lose too much milk from line cleaning? Where will they pour the excess if they draw too much? Who knows, but the possibility of a glycol-cooled milk line is noteworthy enough.

    I saw you probably use milk on tab, and I would like to know how you got it. Is it a tool I can buy or you got it from your dairy distributor?

      Hi Iker! I believe Joel had the same sort of tap as bars use for beer. I don’t believe it was a special diary tap. I should mention that this idea never came to fruition: they still don’t have milk on tap. But if you’re able to install a milk tap please send photos! -Ryan
